Crazy Hat Day

Oh it is update time. I've been kind of slow on the updates, which is similar to my racing speeds of late. I've talked to Dr. Testa and I have a plan to fix both over the next two weeks, so stay tuned...

Saturday was a crit in New Jersey. I headed down to support the team, since it was in their hood, and I've heard we have a fine sprinter. On the start line I looked around and was surprised to see I was the only bright orange clad rider in the race.... hmmm. I flatted four laps into the 50 lap event, no problem right? Well apparently it was a wheels in/ wheels out event. I put no wheels in, so no wheel came out with me... so game over...weird that they wouldn't let me take a wheel out. .. this is very different than So-Cal.

Sunday - Bear Mt. - More teammates promised... I think I saw two on the start line but must have been mistaken because I saw the same guys in the feed zone... sure would have been nice to have some help chasing the early/suicide/winning break back. I felt good, which is important.

Today was crazy hat day at YSN (Yale school of nerds). Here's a picture of Numero Uno showing school pride:
