Straight up bitterness

The Elite National RR was today. I was not racing, even though it was a race I could have won. USA Cycling had the bright idea of limiting the field size to 125 riders, which filled up in mid-February. Many, myself included, tried to convince USA Cycling that the field limit was WAY too small but we were ignored. Well... I grand total of 27, yes 27, riders finished. LAME! Thank you USA Cycling.
